  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 500g carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 200ml cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Anleitungen
