Beschreibung

Zutaten

  • 500g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 cucumber
  • 200g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anleitungen

  1. In a bowl, combine ground meat, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, mustard, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well and form into small, flattened meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry meatballs until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. For the cucumber salad, peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
