- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 150g hazelnut spread
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Anleitungen
- Combine flour, butter, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt.
- Knead to form a smooth dough.
- Wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough and cut out cookies using a Spitzbuben cutter.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Spread hazelnut filling on the bottom cookie and top with the holed cookie.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
