- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and granulated sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread softened butter evenly over the dough.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 12 equal slices.
- Place the slices in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before frosting.
- Spread frosting evenly over the warm rolls.
- Serve and enjoy.

- For best results, use a stand mixer with a dough hook.
- You can also use instant yeast. If using instant yeast, you can skip the proofing step and add it directly to the dry ingredients.
